The helmet is optimized for comfort and ventilation and is our lightest trail helmet yet, providing just the right lightweight protection for fast downhill and XC riding. We have conducted extensive airflow modeling and testing through and around the helmet using CFD (computational fluid dynamics) to ensure you stay cool every time you're on the trail, regardless of riding speed or technical difficulty of the terrain. When it comes to safety, Cularis makes no compromises. It shares the same design language as its siblings Kortal and Otocon and offers reliable extended protective zones and durable construction. This means you can ride with confidence knowing that Cularis will protect you from all types of obstacles on the trail. Other notable features include the patented Poc breakaway helmet visor, which detaches in the event of a crash and diverts impact forces away from the head. The visor is adjustable, so you can easily find the best position to protect your eyes from the sun, rain, and splashing mud. Aramid bridges between the liner and the helmet shell improve structural stability as well as penetration protection, and the Mips Air Node system enhances protection against rotational impact. The front ventilation openings provide space for securely storing sunglasses during your ride, and the Fidlock® buckle makes it easy to secure the helmet with one hand.
