The standard warranty period for goods is 24 months from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer, and this warranty period also applies to outlet / sale goods without exception.
• The warranty period is extended by the duration of the claim should it be justified. In the event of an unjustified claim, the warranty period is not extended.
• If the goods have been replaced by a new one under the statutory warranty period, the warranty is renewed in full from the moment of receipt of the new goods.
• The warranty is not valid if the buyer has made substantial changes or modifications without the seller's knowledge.
• The warranty covers defects in material, functional and manufacturing defects.
The buyer is obliged to inspect the goods after accepting them so as to detect any defects. If such damages are found, the buyer is obliged to report this fact to the seller immediately. The seller is not liable for defects caused by the carrier.
