Front made from GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® X-Fast for maximum protection from wind and cold.
Nano Flex 3G material at the crotch and on the bottom of the legs, for extra protection from the spray of water from the bike.
Back panel in Themoflex for maximum warmth and flexibility.
KISS Air² Donna liner for all-day comfort.

The warmest GORE-TEX INFINIUM™ WINDSTOPPER® X-Fast covers the entire front of the pant to prevent cold wind from penetrating the skin. We use water-repellent Nano Flex 3G in the seat and on the crosses and back of the legs to protect against splashes from wet roads, while Thermoflex on the back of the thighs provides extra stretch and allows for a traditionally good CASTELLI fit on the body. They are simply the most comfortable windproof trousers we have ever made.
We've kept the stripes to a minimum so you can layer your upper body exactly how you want it, without an unwanted warm layer covering your belly. Because more and more of us are riding at night, we've placed large reflective stripes on both the front and back of the legs to keep them moving, catching the attention of approaching motorists.
