The heart of the Helios model is the Spherical (Powered by MIPS) technology, which works on the principle of a joint. We developed it in cooperation with MIPS. It is the most advanced brain protection system against rotational forces on the market. The shell consists of two parts (hemispheres) that slide over each other similar to a joint. The outer shell can rotate around the inner shell in the event of an impact, thereby reducing the forces that would otherwise act directly on the head and brain. The inner hemisphere, which comes into contact with the head, is also made of a softer material. Ventilation is provided by 15 holes and the Roc Loc 5 Air fastening system takes care of the fit on the head. Comfort is fine-tuned by pleasant inner linings with antimicrobial treatment Ionic+.
