  • The easiest and fastest way is to go online through our e-shop. Should you need help or have a technical problem, please contact us via our contact center, available Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 16:00.

  • Our e-calculator available with each product where you simply enter required information. You can easily contact our customer service team should you need to, we will be happy to assist you.

  • Should you require unique cycling garmets which are not available on our website, we will do our best to provide these for you. All you need to do is to send us an email with your request on info@holokolo.com and we will get back to you accordingly.

  • You will receive your order within 3 to 4 working days. The delivery time for sets is 5-8 working days from the day we receive the payment.

  • If you wish to change any items in your order, to amend your delivery details or cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Unfortunatelly, once the order is dispatched, it is not possible to make any changes to it.

  • Please send the goods by courier or special delivery to:

    Please make sure to include your full name, order number and your comments. It might take up to 30 days to process your request. The goods are covered by a 24-month warranty period under applicable law.

  • Yes, you can get free delivery if your purchase is more than €149. You can choose which courier service you prefer or you can pick up your order in person from one of pick up locations. Should your order be less then €149, the additional delivery charges will be calculated from our current delivery price list.

  • You can return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. The goods must be in good condition in its original packaging with all tags intact. It must not be worn or damaged. Please follow online returns form.
