Eclipse Spherical is a unique Aero helmet that combines the best of our technologies into a compact shape ideal for racing cycling. The outer shell actively directs the air stream to reduce resistance. A total of 14 ventilation holes sucked in fresh air and cool the head as well as much more open helmets. But the main one is inside - Spherical Technology Powered by Mips. This technology is based on the joint principle. The shell consists of two parts (hemispheres) inserted together and connected using yellow elastomers. The whole system creates a kind of suspension that absorbs forces in the event of an impact - the hemisphere can move to each other and elastomers suppress energy. In addition, the outer shell is made of harder material, the inner is made of softer material (Progressive Layering technology). The patented ROC LOC 5 Air clamping system ensures the head.
MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) provides increased protection against rotary forces per head.
