Sure, they're completely waterproof, with taped seams, a waterproof zipper and a silicone-sealed top edge that prevents water from entering from above. We've backed the PU-coated fabric with fleece to keep them even a little warm in the coldest conditions, while the high level of stretch gives them a snug, comfortable, aero fit.
