This is Castelli's base layer for warmest conditions. The mesh is open to create a space on the skin for sweat to evaporate. The 10% elastene content makes it very stretchy and helps in the moisture retention so that you are always getting evaporative cooling.
Castelli traces its roots back to a fine tailor Vittore Gianni in the heart of Milan, founded in 1876. The first cycling clothing was made in the 1910´s for the world champion and five-time Giro champion Alfredo Binda.
