This base layer is designed to keep you dry on cold days. Dual-material construction with ProSecco hydrophilic treatment on the main body and PrimaLoft® lower-weight material on the body parts that are covered by the bands.
Patented ribbed knit of 100% polyester as main fabric with ProSecco hydrophilic treatment for maximum moisture wicking.
PrimaLoft® panels around the waistband and on the back, where there are also braces to reduce uneven insulation.
Low open collar to fit well under low collar jerseys.

The first goal of this base layer is to wick moisture away from your skin while adding minimal insulation for cold days when your riding intensity is high enough and the outer layers are warm enough.
The areas covered by the straps around the waist and on the back can get overheated, so we've used lightweight PrimaLoft® fabric in these zones to even out the temperature.
This base layer works best when in contact with the skin, so both fabrics are very stretchy and cut snug. On extremely cold days, you can use it as a first layer under a second base layer of Flanders Warm or under a thermal jersey. It is very effective at wicking sweat away from the body.
