A unique source of essential nutrients and energy for long distances and extreme performance, especially in races. In just 100 calories there are 1,425 mg of the branched chain amino acids leucine, valine and isoleucine.
Compared to GU gel, it contains many more essential amino acids that the body cannot synthesize on its own but needs to protect muscle fibers during physical performance. Ornithine alpha-ketaglutarate (OKG) blocks unwanted catabolic processes (muscle cramps).
The 35 mg caffeine content stimulates the nervous system for better concentration. Same use as GU gel, but with a much higher potency to get you going faster.
