The bright blue tube under the Podium® cap is the Vent Tube. This is the secret to the high water flow when you turn the bottle upside down to drink. The vent tube allows air to enter, which replaces the water that flows smoothly out of the bottle.

CamelBak bottle caps are compatible with each other. Podium Vacuum Insulated bottles can be transformed into a stylish water bottle for everyday use by adding a Chute Mag or Carry Cap. With the Hot Cap lid, you can turn it into a mug for coffee or tea.
