Designed for absolute comfort on technical trails, the Cularis benefits from ventilation technologies commonly used in road helmets to keep you cool even as you tackle increasingly challenging trails. Optimized for comfort and ventilation, the helmet is our lightest trail helmet yet, providing just the right lightweight protection for fast downhill and XC riding. We've done extensive CFD (computational fluid dynamics) modeling and testing of airflow through and around the helmet to ensure you stay cool every time you're on the trail, no matter how fast you ride or how technical the terrain. When it comes to safety, Cularis makes no compromises. It shares the same design language as its siblings Kortal and Otocon and offers reliable extended protection zones and a durable construction. This means you can ride with confidence knowing that the Cularis will protect you from all types of obstacles on the trail. Other notable features include the Poc helmet's patented breakaway visor, which breaks off in the event of an accident and diverts impact forces away from the head. The visor is adjustable, so you can easily find the best position to protect your eyes from the sun, rain and splashing mud. Aramid bridges between the liner and the helmet shell improve structural stability and puncture protection, and the Mips Air Node system improves rotational impact protection. There is space in the front vents to safely store sunglasses while riding, and the Fidlock® buckle makes it easy to secure the helmet with one hand.
