The core is undoubtedly the design of the Spherical technology (PowerED by MIPS), which works on the principle of the joint and which we developed in cooperation with MIPS. The shell consists of two parts (hemispheres) that slide together as well as the joint. The outer shell may rotate around the inner shell in the event of an impact, which will reduce forces that would otherwise act directly on the brain. The outer shell is harder - ready for impact, the inner shell is softer and ready to mute the contact with the head. This design eliminates the classic plastic MIPs insert. Thanks to the massive aura reinforcement, we could enlarge the ventilation openings and get to the maximum possible ventilation. Wearing comfort is underlined by the ROC LOC Trail Air clamping system and convenient lining with X-Estate antibacterial treatment.
