The jacket uses the innovative Polartec® AirCore™ material, which was developed as an ecological alternative to traditional membrane materials.

Material and technology
Polartec® AirCore™ – a special three-dimensional membrane made of nanofibers. It is windproof, water-repellent and at the same time highly breathable. Unlike ordinary membranes, it enables stable air exchange, which effectively removes moisture from the body.
PFAS-free – PFAS (per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances) are chemicals used in the production of water-repellent materials. However, they are harmful to the environment and health. The FIANDRE 2 jacket uses a PFAS-free surface treatment, which makes it more ecological.
Recycled fibers - reduce the carbon footprint of production and at the same time guarantee a long life.
